Loyalty Reward Points

If you've placed an order, you can check the status at any time through your account and you can also re-order any in-stock items at any time.
Using your Account
Log in to your account
At the very top of every page on www.ulula.co.uk, you will see a link to 'New Account' or 'Sign in'. Click on any of these links and you will be taken to a new page where you can enter your email address and password if you are a returning customer, or you can enter your details to create an account.
You don’t have to have an account to purchase from Ulula, however there are benefits!
If you would like to be able to view past orders, quickly reorder, change your account details, and earn loyalty reward point to use against future purchases, we recommend that you create an account.
Change your details
To change any of your details, simply log in as above, change whichever details you would like and click update. The changes will take effect immediately, and these will not affect any orders currently in our system.
Check the status of orders
You can see what’s happening with your order by logging in to your account and clicking on the link ‘Order Information'.
Select ‘View Order Details’ to see further information on the shipping or the status of your order.
You can also reorder from this page – saving you lots of time if you want to order the same products as last time!
This allows you to set reminders for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries and get notifications as the set date approaches, so you have time to buy them that special something!
